Best Buddies is an international non‐profit organization. They pair General Education students with one ‐to‐one peer friendships with Special Education students. The chapter holds group activities once a month for everyone to hang out. Please consider joining us in the effort to provide much needed social opportunities for people with disabilities when you’re at your school.

The dance team holds tryouts over the summer and uses the Fall to practice and prepare for performances during the football and basketball season. 

There is a $250.00 fee that covers uniforms and camp.

Student Council is an active and vibrant part of life at Fairview! Class and Student Body Officers are elected each year. There is an election/application process for general members to attend with expectations of commitment and dedication. The goal of the Student Council is to foster student leadership opportunities, serve both community and school, and promote unity as well as enhance the positive school   climate and spirit within the school.  Time commitments will vary throughout the year. When no events come up, the time commitment is about 1 hour per week. When preparing for and carrying out events, time commitments can be as much as 3 hours per night.

Kyle Castles

This club will expose members to a variety of scientific facts and information that will help them in their science classes and beyond. Club members will compete in Science Bowl competitions and cultivate a love for science in everyone.

James Millikan

The Color Guard represents FHS at local and state competitions. The Color Guard performs at halftime of home football games and travels to away games with the pep band.

Practice happens twice a week during the season. Winter Guard practice during the winter months twice a week.

The Marching Band represents FHS at local and state competitions. The band performs at halftime of home football games and travels to away games as a pep band. Practice happens twice a week during the season. 

There is a $300.00 fee.

The Raider Team is an advanced Physical Training team. That also teaches land navigation, first aid, and other basic survival skills.

Christopher Turk

HOSA  club is open to any student with an interest in the medical services profession. Membership is based on a participation point system to maintain membership status. Participation offerings are state/regional competitions, community service opportunities on campus and off, and attending meetings.

The annual fee is $10.00, but fundraising is important for competitions.

Amanda Drury

FFA is a club that is open to students on agricultural courses. FFA provides students with opportunities to gain skills, enjoy agricultural experiences, and practice community service with ag leadership. 

There is a $7.00 annual fee.

Kolton Porter

The National Honor Society (NHS) elevates a school’s commitment to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, and character. These four pillars have been associated with membership in the organization since its inception in 1921. Students with a weighted GPA of 3.75 are invited to apply during the second semester of junior year to the National Honor Society. The application is thoroughly evaluated for evidence of all requirements.  Students are required to attend meetings and complete at least 20 hours of community service in their senior year.

The dues are $20 to be paid one time upon acceptance into the club. If the club is able to meet its fundraising goals, graduation stoles will be paid for by the club.

This club represents FHS at academic competitions, including practicing after school and prep work at home to compete in competitions.

E-SPORTS is a competitive, team-based activity where students will practice together to compete with other school teams in the district. Students will have opportunities to compete at matches based on their individual win/lose stats as well as small group win/lose stats. Games students will be competing in include League of Legends (PC), Rocket League (PC), Multiverses (PC), and Super Smash Bros Ultimate (Nintendo Switch). Students will be required to register in Final Forms to be eligible to attend practice and compete. E-Sports not only gives students a chance to play competitive video games, but also opens the door to many different careers in technology. There are also great scholarship opportunities for students who may be interested in playing at the collegiate level.

There is a $50.00 fee that pays for the school jersey.
